Then what you really want is 'Revert', which will lose your local
changes and restore the file/folder to how it was before you started
making any changes. If you revert a folder, you get allist of changed
files and you can opt to revert some/all/none of the files.

The additional benefit of using Revert is that you don't need a
repository connection because SVN stores a local 'pristine' copy of the
file, so all it has to do is overwrite your trashed file with its saved
file.

It is probably put there by Exchange Server, not Outlook :-(
