[TSVN] MSI package wont install on Server 2003

Hi,

I tried to install TortoiseSVN on a Windows 2003 server. It refused to
install, the message was "The advertised application will not be installed
because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the
installation use interface otion to basic".
