[TSVN] File/folder properties, subversion tab

Hi folks,

If a new file is added and you look at file properties, subversion tab.

Show log button is enabled, but gives an error if you click it. Should
be disabled.

The Revision/Author is 0 and Last commit revision is shown as -1. Should
these just be blank?
