[TSVN] Potential Bug with Auto-Props

Tortoise Developers,

I think I found a potential bug with the auto-props setting. I had a
requirement to make all incoming Word documents require a lock. I added
an auto-props entry for *.doc = svn:needs-lock=*. Unfortunately some
people have an extension of uppercase .DOC on these files. I tried
adding both *.DOC and *.doc to the config file, but still the uppercase
*.DOC's did not get the auto-props set correctly. Can you please take a
look?
