[TSVN] TortoiseMerge as a simple diff tool

Is there some way to use TortoiseMerge as a simple diff tool to
generate patches? I know I could just install command-line svn client
or use DiffUtils, but there are times when simply "Save Diff" from
TortoiseMerge menu would be very convinient.

AFAIU this functionality should be already present, it just needs to
be surfaced to the user interface?
