[TSVN] Show Log problem

From: Bill Wrenn <bwrenn_at_appworx.com>

I recently installed 1.2.0 and have run into a problem looking at logs. If
I try and Show Log on a checked-in file which hasn't been changed within 100
revisions I get strange dates.

I right click on a file and select SVN Show Log.
The Log Messages dialog comes up with
     a From: date of 2/ 6/2106 and
     a To: date of 12/31/1969
If I click "Next 100" I get "An invalid argument was encountered"
If I click "Show All" it shows the changes.

The file selected had not been changed since 06/09/2005 Revision 9209
whereas the current revision of the branch is 9310.
This doesn't happen if the file has been modified more recently.
File Modified Revision Results
6/ 9/2005 9211 works
6/ 9/2005 9209 doesn't work (shows strange dates and no logs)

Thanks
Bill
