[TSVN] Drag and Drop operation not recursive

From: Fernandes, Filipe (Bolton) <ffernandes_at_husky.ca>

Using TortoiseSVN 1.2.0 nightly r3692

Thanks for fixing the Drag and Drop operation over the same folder
in the repo-browser earlier.

Something I noticed. When I drag a directory over into the repo-browser,
it creates the directory just fine and the first level contents of the
directory are imported, but it's not recursive and hence does not
include sub folders for the directory.

Hence only the top folder is imported when using the drag and drop
operation.

I've added a zip file which contains two text files, one in a top
level folder, and one in a subdirectory. When the test_folder is
dragged into the repository, test_folder and test_01.txt is
imported, but sub_folder and test_02.txt is absent.

I don't know if this was all intended or not.
