[TSVN] WC Locked

Hi

I seem to have got my WC in a bit of a state. I'm using WinXP sp2 with
TSVN release 1.2.0.

I want to delete a subdirectory of it that has unmodified versioned
content and unversioned content. I do so with the shell extension, and
then go to commit my change. I get an error saying the WC is locked by
another process and I should run cleanup.

I run cleanup and get:

Subversion reported an error while doing a cleanup!
<hr=100>
Working copy 'C:\src\hasp_trunk' is missing or not locked
Please execute the "Cleanup" command.

This happens on Update too.

I kill explorer and restart it (having used procexp to see that it's
explorer that has the handles to the files TSVN is trying to process),
and witness no change.

How to recover - a clean checkout?

Regards
