[TSVN] Feature request - std rev properties

Would this be useful to anyone else:

When you commit, a dropdown list of 'standard' revision properties, along with a
textbox allowing some free text. You could configure the options for the
dropdown via the TSVN config file.

I'd like to be able to label revisions: bugfix, stable, savepoint, broken

etc etc

It would be a nice way to formalise the state of each rev. At the moment we just
prefix the log message with 'STABLE: ' etc.

What do you think?
