[TSVN] File copy/add bugs

Hi folks,

The context menu for added files includes 'Get Lock'. I don't think you
can do that.

When you right-drag a file to the same folder to add a copy, it needs a
new name. However, the dialog title is 'Rename', which is a bit
misleading. It sounds as if you are renaming the original file rather
than giving a new name to the copy. Could this be changed to 'New file
name' or 'Rename copy'?

Simon
