Just for the record, I asked to have Stefan put this back too. Also, I
never said that this was an accidental double-click, in the sense that
Windows was misinterpreting. I was intentionally double-clicking the
revision out of habit, because I so frequently double-click the files down
below -- which I also want!!! My point was only that the action tied to
double-click when clicking on a revision should not be an action that is
potentially so expensive. I would have just removed double-click from
that part of the control. Stefan felt it needed to be consistent.
Personally I disagree. None of the options associated with the revision
are suitable as a default, therefore, there just ought not be a default.
But for the list of files, the compare option was a good default, so would
be better put back.
