[TSVN] # files selected in commit dialog is sometimes wrong

I noticed this in recent nightlies of tsvn (not sure when it started)
and I'm
currently running TortoiseSVN 1.2.0 Build 3602 (the actual release) and
am still seeing the following problem in the commit dialog.

1. In a directory versioned by subversion, add a new file.
2. Right-click that directory in explorer and choose SVN commit.
3. Check 'Show unversioned files' if it's not already checked.
4. You should have just the one un-versioned file show up and
    files selected should be 0.
5. Now select the unversioned file. Notice that files selected is now
2.
6. Unselected the file and files selected goes to 1.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 and watch the number of selected files go up.

Not a huge deal to me but it did cause some confusion at first so
thought
I'd report it.
