Entering the URL in the Windows Run dialog works OK.

What's stranger is that it appears to work for some repositories and not
others. In a repository with no subdirectories it's OK (ie. I committed
a file in the top-level directory of the repository, and linked to
Mantis from the log message just fine). However, when I committed a file
(in a larger repository) in a directory several levels below the root
directory, it didn't work.

Could it have something to do with how/where I have set the bugtraq
properties? I set them on the root directory of the repository from the
Subversion tab of the Folder Properties dialog, with the "recursive"
checkbox set.
