The column heading implies that there is more information available than
there actually is.

Explorer will never contact the repository of its own accord to find out
who the owner is, so the only way it knows is if your working copy holds
your lock token. In other words, that field will either be you or blank.
(OK, it could be another user on the same PC with whom you share access
to a WC?!?).
