If you select 700 and 723 you get that menu entry. You are doing a diff
between those two revisions. How else should it work? If you selected
700, 702, 705, 710-720 and 723 would you expect TSVN to show you which
files had changed in those revisions but not the ones you did not
select? That would mean combining the results of a lot of diffs.
