Make a suggestion/send a patch to this list. May be Stefan will accept it.

If you have downloaded and installed the Russian language pack for
1.2.0 (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/LanguagePack_1.2.0_ru.exe?download)
you should have TortoiseMerge1049.dll and TortoiseProc1049.dll in the
"Languages" sub-directory of your TSVN install directory. Those are
the Russian "lang dll's".

There is no need - use the POT for the trunk
(http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/Languages/Tortoise.pot)
or for the 1.2.0 tag

Send the zipped translation (Tortoise_ru.po) to patches@tortoisesvn.tigris.org.
