I can make the problem go away and come back now. If I resize the dialog
larger, then next time I try everything works OK.

However, if I resize to the minimum dialog size, then next time I try
there _is_ a scroll bar problem. Even without extra desktop folders, if
I just expand 'My Computer' I get a scroll bar which is cut off. Looks
like Molle has found the answer here - the folder list box is bigger
than the area allocated to it, but it gets resized properly when the
dialog is not the default size.
