[TSVN] Database incompatibility in TortoiseSVN 1.2.0

From: Dinesh Martien <dinesh_at_themartiens.com>

Today I upgraded to version 1.2.0 of TortoiseSVN. I then tried to check out
some code from my repository. The checkout failed, and Tortoise gave me the
following errors:

Error: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
Error: Unable to open repository 'file:///c:/repos/website'
Error: Berkeley DB error for filesystem c:/repos/db while opening
environment:
Error: DB_VERSION_MISMATCH:
Error: Database environment version mismatch
Error: bdb: Program version 4.3 doesn't match environment version

I get similar error messages when trying to perform other SVN operations.

I reverted to version 1.1.7, and everything worked fine. I also tried the
latest nightly (TortoiseSVN-1.2.0.3614-dev-svn-1.2.0.msi), and the error
occurred with that version.

I noticed that the DB version went from 4.2.something in Tortoise 1.1.7 to
4.3 in Tortoise 1.2. Is that the root of this problem? If this is really an
SVN problem, let me know and I'll redirect my inquiry!

Also, if anyone wants to play with my repository, I can make it available by
FTP because nothing proprietary is in there.

Thanks to all the Tortoise and SVN devs for a really great tool!

-Dinesh
