Hi folks!
I've finished Russian 1.2 translation today. The translation was initially
based on an existing one,
but then I had to retranslate it (to perfect the style and feel :-)
I had to use binary resources in translation because of:
- no 1.2 lang DLLs available
- the need to do much visual adjustment
- many problems with .po for a batch work.
Now are my questions:
- how to commit my English .RC patches? (making some room for translated
text; language independent)
They're attached to this message. Is this correct? Will they get into 1.2.1?
- where to get lang dll's?
- Is there any tool to generate .po from English and localized dlls?
(or I need to write it by myself?)
- What's the right way to commit the translation?
- how to get a (readonly) access to repo?)
