[TSVN] show log in repo browser fails when folder does not exist anymore in head

From: Roel Harbers <roel_at_roelharbers.com>

Hi,

When I view the repo browser at an old, non-head revision, and try to
see the log of a path that doesn't exist anymore in head, I get an error

REPORT request failed on
'/svn/Development/!svn/bc/2141/branches/ict-control/20050429-v1.0.18.0'
'/svn/Development/!svn/bc/2141/branches/ict-control/20050429-v1.0.18.0'
path not
found

Nightly build, r3614.

I vaguely recall reporting this bug before, and I think it was fixed...
maybe it snuck back in?

Regards,

Roel Harbers
