[TSVN] Version of documentation

Hello

I had a look at the web site at "http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/docs.html"
to find actual docs, I mean with the new 1.2 features included.
Unfortunately I am blind or there is really no hint, what version the
software actual is. ;-) So I had to download it and find, that the new
1.2 features are not included yet.
Can you please add some text to the web site which describes the actual
version of the docs ?
