[TSVN] where to download 1.1.7 for win95/NT

Hi all,

I just had to install TSVN on a computer running win95 (sigh).

As 1.2 no longer supports this ancient OS, I looked for the last 1.1.x
installer.
The last one for win95 I found in the download archive was 1.1.4.

I tried the 1.1.7 installer, but it refused to install TSVN under
win95.

Could some please point me to a download source for a 1.1.7 install
for win95, or upload one to the download archive.
