[TSVN] wrong From: date in Log Dialog when using old api

Hi,

When I view the log of directories that have not been changed recently
(>1 month ago), the initial From: date in the Log Dialog is wrong:
7-2-2106 (7th of february)

recently commited directories work ok.

It only appears to go wrong when the "use old api" option is checked.

(Connecting to a 1.1.4 server)
