I do not know how TortoiseSVN works exactly, I connect to the Subversion
repository using SSH.
Couldn't TortoiseSVN, when creating remote repositories, just call the
"svnadmin create" command over ssh (when using SSH ofcourse)?

Sorry if I am missing the point here.
