[TSVN] Repo browser flashing tooltip

Hi Stefan,

If I try to open a BDB4.2 repo in repo browser, I get the expected 'Erro
* Unable to open an ra_local sessi...' message. If I hover the mouse
over the incomplete message, the tooltip displaying the complete message
flashes about once per second.

Build 3589 on Win2K.
