Suggestion: You could add a small note that subversion working copy
operations might perform much faster when you run cleanup once on your
pre-1.2 working copy. This is due to a subversion 1.1 bug when "use
commit times" setting was enabled.

BTW, I would suggest to put the release notes into the installer
package. Not everyone might get subversion directly from the web, and
the release notes contain interresting information for everyone
updating TSVN.
