69.2 KB is not very large, so there should be no problems there.

The other _very_ important question is whether you get the same problems
using the command line client. If you do, then you must ask the question
on the subversion mailing list, not this one, because the answer will
lie within the subversion libraries themselves, and we can't change
them.
