I don't know what the difference between zh_HK and zh_CN is, but our zh_CN
translation is quite popular (counting the downloads) and I'd rather have
zh_CN up to date (with only a few missing strings) than adding a third
chinese translation. Somebody has to maintain it.
If you say it's worth the effort and you'll be able to keep zh_HK and zh_CN
up to date, go ahead.
