[TSVN] 'Check For Modifications' checkbox

I have a large working copy that takes a bit of time to get
status information when using the 'Check For Modifications'
operation. During the initial wait, I noticed the checkbox
'Show unmodified files' is enabled while everything else is
disabled until the operation is complete.

I imagine that it should be greyed out until the status
fetching is complete?
