[TSVN] Can not input Chinese character after install Spell Checker files

Hi, all:

        I love tortoisesvn very much. She is the greatest software which I used!
I found a small bug: I can not input Chinese character after install spell checker.
I put en_US.aff and en_US.dic to C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin, the spell checker
working very well. But I can not input Chinese. I remove the two files, uninstall TSVN,
update TSVN to 1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.7, 1.2..., but I can not input Chinese also.

Can you help me?
