[TSVN] Progress Dialog Title does not display path when finished

The progress dialog nicely shows the path of the working copy in it's
window title while it is doing its work, i.e. "D:\my\project - SVN
Update..." during an update. But when the update finishes, it removes
the path and only displays "SVN Upate... Finished!". It would be nice
if the path remained on the screen after the operation is complete.
