Here's the command that fails... I know that you too use shortcuts, so
I'm scratching my head if yours are still working.

"C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" /command:repobrowser
/path:http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk /notempfile
