[TSVN] Show SVN revision for top level WC folder

Hi,

I love the fact that SVN properties can be shown in the detailed view
of Explorer. It would be even better if I could activate these at the
folder level that is one above the WC. That way I would see at once if
the WCs are up to date for the repository they point to (if I know the
repo is at rev. 230 and all WCs show 230 --> no Update needed).

It also allows me to see the revision of a WC at once, without
right-clicking the folder --> properties --> SVN tab.
