Well, if you do an
svn help switch
there's no mentioning of --ignore-externals. And as I said, there's no
API param for that either. So I think their releasenotes are wrong.

If you right-click on a non-versioned folder and select 'export', the
option is there.
But it's missing if you click on a versioned folder and select 'export'
- then only the dialog to select the target folder shows up. I'll have a
look at this...
