[TSVN] filenames, case and hook script

Hi,

You all know the problem that you can have two files in the repository
which only differ in case, but when checking out (or updating, ...) this
of course fails on Windows.
Now, I remember that there was someone who wrote a hook script to
prevent this from happening. Does anyone know where we can find this
script? I think we should add this script to our repository and explain
it in our docs (how to use/install and where to find it).
