[TSVN] Potential Bug

Hello! I was writing because of a potential bug in Tortoise SVN 1.1.7. When attempting to open a Visio file from the Repo Browser (VSD extension), it request authentication, like normal, and then prompts whether I want to open the file or save it. Windows is configured to open Visio files in Visio, not IE, but instead of doing that when the user clicks "open", we get a "page cannot be displayed" error. I've tried configuring Visio files to open in IE and open in Visio, and neither settings works. Any other Office file, such as a Word Document or Excel Spreadsheet, opens just fine inside IE.
