[TSVN] Unwanted behaviour in checkout dialog

Using 1.2 RC1,
when I checkout in a non-empty folder, a confirmation dialog asks me if this what I want to do, with choice between yes and no. But if I hit escape, it's as I chose "yes" and the checkout is performed.
IMHO hitting escape there should cancel the checkout.
