[TSVN] "Commit" button on "Check for modifications dialog"

Hey guyz

I think this one has been on the list before but anyway...

Often, I use "SVN Check for modifications" to see what I've changed.
When I have seen through the changes, I often realise it's time to
commit. It would be a lot easier to have a "Commit" button in this
dialog which should take you to the commit dialog for the same target
that was used to perform "SVN Check for modifications" in the first
place. I will save a little work each time.
