I haven't seen anyone ask what hardware Joseph's developers are
developing with. What are the rough specs?

Do we have any kind of benchmarks we can use to come to a recommended
hardware spec for using the cache? I mean, I have a relatively small
set of WCs in a folder on my laptop hard drive (yes, I development
workstation is a laptop :( ), and there is an appreciable pause (about
3 seconds?) with rc2 when I first browse that folder in explorer. I'm
on a Dell Latitude D505; I don't know what its innards are, however. I
have MSN search indexing if there are spare cycles, too.
