You might have another app installed which uses up a lot of overlay
handlers. In that case, the TSVN handlers won't get loaded. In previous
versions, TSVN just wouldn't show any overlay, but now it shows an
overlay it could load. The 'fallback' overlay is usually the 'modified'
overlay.

Check the registry entries under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers
