[TSVN] 1.2.0RC2

Changes since RC1:
- right-click on folders doesn't do an 'svn st' if option is set in the
settings dialog
- Fixed autosizing of the columns in the file list (log dialog)
- Refresh in repobrowser also refreshes the lock information
- Fixed bug in the file diff dialog
- many doc updates
