OK, give us a clue ...

Which version of TSVN?
What were you doing?
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened?
What sort of a statement is 'make the binary mime type a warning'?

We have added loads of binary files to the TSVN repository without any
problem, so there is nothing inherently wrong.
