I had to migrate my local BDB repositories when Stefan first changed
over to BDB4.3 in the nightlies and I decided at that point to convert
to FSFS rather than mess about with BDB any more.

If you create a new repository in TSVN 1.2, FSFS is now the default
choice, so hopefully there will be fewer DB compatibility problems in
future.
