[TSVN] Where's backport.txt?

Hi,

I just wanted to merge my doc / translation changes into the 1.2 branch, but
I haven't found backport.txt in its root. Does this mean:
( ) that it hasn't been created yet and I should go ahead and do it
( ) I have to get a new pair of glasses
