Just monitor the trunk. A day or two before the release, we then merge
everything from trunk to the 1.2.x branch (which of course is worth
merging and doesn't introduce any new bugs).

Well, thanks for your comment on stability of 1.2.x. You make it sound
like 1.2.x will crash at least twice a day (FAR from being rock
stable). Have you even tried a recent nightly build?

And no, there won't be any more 1.1.x release, ever. At least not from me.
