The 'bin' doesn't work with the CL client either, if you pass full paths
to it instead of relative paths (which you do normally with the CL
client). So it's 'consistent', even if you don't see it right away.
And there's nothing TSVN can do about that: that's completely handled by
Subversion, not TSVN.
