No. I think it's enough to just have this mentioned on the mailing list.
People not reading this list won't also not likely report bugs.

That depends. Small features might still get in, but yes, no big changes
anymore. (hey, that means I can relax a little bit! Did you know that
there were only five days this year where I didn't made a commit to the
TSVN repository?).
