[TSVN] 6 images per icon

Hi Lübbe,

I know I have asked this question before, but why are there 6 images per
icon for most of the sets? I thought maybe there were some low colour
images, but looking in Irfanview 3.95 they all seem to be 24 bits per
pixel.

Thanks for doing the PNG files for the manual.
