[TSVN] tortoisesvnscc setup

Hello,

Does this forum suitable for tortoisesvnscc ?
I hope... otherwise if you know, please indicate the good one ;-)

So, I have downloaded the tortoisesvnscc (tsscc) files, and unzipped in a
directory.
When registering the dll with regsvr32, an error appears saying that the
memory could not be written.
So, does someone know what is the solution to solve this error ?
