[TSVN] GUI Translation Status report for TortoiseSVN trunk (r3449)

Hi Folks,

Russia, Croatia, Bosnia, Brazil, where are you? All these four GUI
Translations haven't been updated for two months now and are falling far
behind. (check yourself at http://tortoisesvn.berlios.de/l10n/#toplist).
Someone from these countries: Please pick up a translation and bring it up
to date.

Russian is one of the popular language packs (Number four in downloads!).
There must be someone out there who is able and willing to translate the
missing 129 strings into russian.

There was also a guy who wanted to submit a Turkish translation. How's your
status?

Subversion 1.2 is nearing and thus is TortoiseSVN 1.2. Now is the time to
update your translations!
